eCommerce Customer Support Manager jobs in Frankfort, KY

We’re searching for qualified candidates to fill a General IT Support Services position within the Asset Management Branch. The position will work directly with the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) group completing daily equipment deliveries throughout Frankfort as well as electronic scrap pickup throughout the state. They must also support all other functions and service delivery of the HAM group as needed.

Here are some of the specific details:

• Job Title: Software Asset Management - General IT Support Services
• Location: Frankfort, KY (Onsite)
• Duration: Long-term Indefinite Contract

The job responsibilities for these positions are:

• Delivery of equipment within Frankfort
• Assist warehouse manager with hardware and consumable requests within current hardware asset tracking system (ServiceNow).
• Assist disposal coordinator with managing disposals within current hardware asset tracking system (ServiceNow).
• Assist warehouse manager with inventory counts
• Assist in inventory counts in various locations
• Shipping of equipment, utilizing (UPS/FedEx/USPS) to various distribution centers and out of state employees

Required Skills:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Driver’s License
• Ability to operate 24’ box truck or similar vehicle
• Good Logistical skills
• Good Communication skills
• General IT skills utilizing common desktop applications such as MS Teams, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

Additional Skills

• Forklift Certification

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
