  • F.W. Webb, Northeast’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time eCommerce Analytics Manager for its Corporate Office located in Bedford, MA.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and delivery of a best-in-class digital analytics program to support a data-driven decision-making process.
    • Provide data and analysis to drive the development and prioritization of product roadmap for multiple b2b and b2c web properties.
    • Manage eCommerce data infrastructure inclusive of digital analytics data, reporting and analytic platforms.
    • Serve as a team subject matter expert in digital analytics, tag management solutions and eCommerce optimization testing tools.
    • Produce insights and recommendations by blending multiple data sources
    • Support QA/UAT testing and ongoing monitoring of online customer experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or relevant work experience
    • 5 years of experience in Digital Analytics
    • Expert level knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and related eCommerce metrics.
    • Expert Excel capabilities (data manipulation, formulas, modeling)
    • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and/or additional data query and analysis tools.
    • Data Visualization experience in Tableau, Power BI or similar tool.
    • Experience communicating complex analysis and reporting to senior management.
    • Excellent written communications skills.
    • Please note this is an in-person position located at F.W. Webb’s corporate headquarters.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
