The Freedom Outdoors E-commerce / Warehouse manager is responsible for managing all areas of the E-commerce presence of Freedom Outdoors. They manage the inventory system to include product receiving and inventory system data input, selection, packaging and shipping of products for sales and returns.
Additionally, the E-commerce / Warehouse manager is tasked with planning and further development of the shop appearance, E-commerce platforms and to act as an interface between the web design provider, the marketing department, the retail manager and the IT service provider.
The E-commerce / Warehouse manager is responsible for in-depth analysis of platform statistics in order to optimize product offerings. Using data analysis to collaborate with retail and marketing managers to place targeted advertising initiatives to maximize customer conversion rates.
The E-commerce / Warehouse manager is also responsible for overseeing warehouse operations to include receiving and tagging inventory, the physical organization of incoming inventory and over stock, and prioritization of receiving.
