The eCommerce Sales Manager is responsible for DTC and B2B eCommerce sales, revenue, and market share growth with a focus on overall profitability. The primary purpose of this position is to provide the day-to-day project management of eCommerce operations, while collaborating on localized specific initiatives and needs. This position is responsible for execution of aligned global eCommerce strategies, including, but not limited to, increasing efficiency of DTC/B2B eCommerce sales, providing excellent eCommerce focused customer service, securing/ensuring accuracy of inventories and stocks, managing warehouse planning and fulfillment workflows, and driving a streamlined shipping strategy. This position will have one direct report; eCommerce Customer Engagement Specialist.
