JOB PURPOSE:
The Manager, E-commerce will own our e-commerce sales channel and drive the initiative to significantly increase orders run through our US, B2B Webstore. High level goals of the Webstore are to improve customer experience [ease of doing business with us] and operationalize digital transactions for ‘no touch’ orders.
The Manager, E-commerce will work with global e-commerce counterparts to localize the Webstore solution in partnership with our local management team, E-commerce Consultant and IT team. The Manager, E-commerce, will have overall responsibility for our short- and long-term e-commerce strategy for the US market and report into the VP, Sales.
