Requires knowledge of common web development languages (e.g., HTML, Java, PHP, JSP, ASP.NET, Python, AJAX.) Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, eCommerce Manager typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The eCommerce Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.     Groove Life is seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual to join its Revenue team as an eCommerce Manager who will collaborate with a cross-functional team that is responsible for web experience for GrooveLife.com.This role is critical to ensuring our online sales channel operates seamlessly. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency to enhance the overall customer journey. You will also be responsible for advancing Groove Life’s content management strategy.

    Role Responsibilities:
    • Lead efforts on groovelife.com with a focus on improving conversion rate (CVR).
    • Develop and optimize website content to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
    • Implement A/B testing strategies to identify and implement effective website changes.
    • Analyze website performance metrics and user behavior data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Conduct thorough audits of the website to identify usability issues, friction points, and barriers to conversion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to implement website enhancements and optimizations.
    • Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to test hypotheses and measure the impact of website changes on conversion rates.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze A/B test results, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies and improve performance.
    • Optimize website content, including copywriting, imagery, and calls-to-action, to improve engagement and encourage conversions.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRO to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
    • Provide regular reports and updates on CRO performance to revenue leadership, highlighting successes, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with internal and external developers to prioritize website enhancements based on business goals and user feedback.
    • Manage ticket triage process for addressing website issues and implementing improvements.
    • Explore and implement technology advancements for the Shopify platform to enhance website functionality and performance.
    • Prepare website themes for product launches, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
    • Build and configure new items on the website, such as products, categories, and collections, to support business objectives and improve user experience.
    • Implement site optimization efforts to boost organic search traffic and enhance visibility through organic search initiatives
    • Critical KPIs for this role include CVR, Revenue Generated, A/B test performance, AOV, CLV

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce management, including SEO, UX, A/B testing, and web analytics.
    • Shopify experience is a big plus.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, both in the enablement and interpretation of data.
    • Excellent communication and team management skills.
