    Job Summary:

    As the Director of eCommerce and Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our online strategies across multiple business channels. You will be responsible for leading a team that includes a Social Media Manager, a Manager of Website Experience and Loyalty, a Manager of Email Marketing/CRM, and a Performance Media Agency. Your primary objective will be to drive online sales, enhance brand visibility, and cultivate customer engagement and loyalty.

    Responsibilities:

    • eCommerce Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. Identify opportunities for growth, optimize conversion rates, and enhance the overall online customer experience across D2C and B2B platforms.
    • Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising. Monitor campaign performance and utilize data-driven insights to optimize results and ROI.
    • Customer Loyalty and CRM: Design and manage customer loyalty programs to drive repeat purchases and increase customer retention. Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and personalized experiences across all business channels.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
    • Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance metrics, generate reports, and present findings to senior management. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing practices.
    • Partnerships and Vendor Management: Collaborate with external partners, such as performance media agencies and technology vendors, to drive marketing initiatives, optimize partnerships, and leverage new opportunities. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • User Experience and Website Optimization: Work closely with the Manager of Website Experience and Loyalty to optimize user experience, streamline the purchasing process, and improve website performance across all business channels.
    • Budget Management: Develop and manage the eCommerce and digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maintaining a strong return on investment.
    • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as data privacy and consumer protection laws. Implement robust security measures to safeguard customer data and maintain a secure online environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven track record of success in eCommerce and digital marketing.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts.
    • In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and CRM systems.
    • Proficiency in performance analytics tools and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
    • Excellent understanding of customer behavior, user experience, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
    • Extensive experience in leveraging social media platforms and creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with acute attention to detail.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to evolving market trends and business opportunities.
