Job Summary:
The eCommerce Manager is responsible for leading and executing all aspects of the company's eCommerce strategy, driving online sales growth, and enhancing the digital shopping experience. They oversee the development, management, and optimization of the eCommerce platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. The eCommerce Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, maximize conversion rates, and drive revenue growth
Key Responsibilities:
· eCommerce Strategy Development: Develops and implements a comprehensive eCommerce strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
· Website Management: Oversees the design, development, and maintenance of the eCommerce website, ensuring optimal user experience, functionality, and performance.
· Product Management: Manages product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels on the eCommerce platform. Ensures accurate product information and availability.
· Digital Marketing: Collaborates with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving traffic, customer acquisition, and sales conversion. Utilizes SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to maximize online visibility and engagement.
· Customer Experience Optimization: Analyzes customer journey data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the online shopping experience. Implements strategies to enhance user interface, navigation, checkout process, and customer service.
· Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Develops and implements CRO strategies to increase website conversion rates and improve online sales performance. Conducts A/B testing, usability studies, and site analytics to identify and address conversion barriers.
· Analytics and Reporting: Tracks and analyzes eCommerce metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value. Generates regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of eCommerce initiatives.
· Partnership Management: Cultivates relationships with eCommerce platform providers, technology vendors, and third-party service providers. Evaluates new tools and solutions to enhance eCommerce capabilities and efficiency.
· Compliance and Legal Requirements: Stays informed about eCommerce regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Ensures compliance with relevant laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry guidelines.
