Role Overview
As the Director of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for our digital channels and in how the brand is represented to our patients and prospective patients. Our digital platforms are the primary way in which prospective patients engage with the brand, learning more about who we are and what our procedure entails, with the ultimate goal for them to schedule an appointment at one of our Centers. You will have a particular focus on increasing organic search traffic, partnering with our media team to increase conversion on paid traffic, and ultimately optimizing lead and schedule conversion. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, as well as in enhancing the patient experience by creating a more connected and personalized patient journey between our online and offline experiences.

The anticipated range for this position is $170,000-$200,000 annual base salary plus discretionary performance-based bonus up to 25%. Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.
