As a Marketing Analyst at Givaudan, you'll contribute to our marketing team by conducting market research and supporting marketing initiatives. Your primary objectives will be to provide valuable insights into consumer preferences and market trends, to create case studies and presentations, and to support marketing initiatives, contributing to our strategic positioning and growth objectives.

You'll be located: Cincinnati (Hybrid 4 days on-site/1 day remote)
Reports to: Marketing Director
You Will:
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Conduct desk analysis of local market data, statistics, and consumer trends.
- Help provide insights to customers to enhance their understanding of market dynamics.
- Support in quantifying market and category potential.
Presentations & Promotions:
- Aid in the development of presentations and concepts focused on emerging trends and consumer preferences.
- Help produce segment newsletters, webinars and other marketing tactics
- Fulfill and implement requests for promotions and kits
Market Content & Products:
- Support the development and publication of Givaudan marketing products
- Maintain current marketing products
- Maintain all templates and common slides
- Maintain the concept library
Customer Presentations & Visits:
- Support customer projects by providing relevant market insights.
- Help coordinate content and product-related activities for customer visits and presentations.
- Provide support in organizing special events for customers or marketing initiatives
Power User of Tools & Platforms:
- Become a power user of platforms and tools that support marketing initiatives, such as Salesforce.com, secondary research platforms or sales enablement platforms
Your Profile:
- Marketing Graduate or commercial apprenticeship with a focus on marketing.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing or commercial roles.
- Proficiency in English.
- Basic skills in presentation software.
- Familiarity with marketing analysis using databases such as Mintel, Euromonitor, and other secondary research sources.
- Ability to collaborate to team goals.
