SUMMARY:
The Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for data analytics around customer profile and profitability management. The position will research, analyze and gather data to produce reports aimed at supporting business decision making. Another key responsibility will be owning and maintaining a dialogue with cross-functional teams in regards to customer profile and profitability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and automate reports, models, KPIs, and related dashboards utilizing data from multiple sources and departments.
• Analyze and maintain customer profitability reporting.
• Lead customer profitability reviews and deep dives.
• Identify revenue leakages and propose solutions.
• Ensure best practice use of applications by keeping abreast with technology to ensure optimal performance of the applications.
• Improve systems and processes by studying current practices and suggesting modifications.
• Support additional commercial projects and initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related degree.
• 5-7 years of working experience in a similar role or within the logistics industry.
• Proficient in identifying and solving problems, and utilizing analytics and modeling techniques.
• Proficient with dashboard, data reporting and data manipulation tools (i.e., PowerBI, Tableau, SSRS, SSIS, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products. SME in Excel.
• Experience with SAP, Python, R a plus.
• First Choice or Six Sigma trained and certified is a plus.

• Physical demands are mostly consistent with a professional office setting.
• Regular sitting at work station for 25 – 75% of the work shift.
