The Senior eCommerce Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing customer experiences, driving sales and staying ahead of the competition. They provide data-driven suggestions to develop the business. You will take the lead in driving overall improvement of key KPIs (CVR, AOV, Bounce) for Global eComm.
Sr Specialist has strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. They can take complex business requirements and translate them into actions that benefit the end consumer and the global ecom business.

Primary Responsibilities
Analyst duties - you will be responsible for gathering data, preparing necessary reporting, analyzing results and sharing actionable insights. Here are a few examples:

• Help prepare and analyze reports for Weekly ECom Performance Meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Work with GBS Analyst to create custom reporting and automation whenever possible.
• Work on ad hoc special projects related to performance, conversion and profitability ie: shipping thresholds, ect.
• Work with site leads and their teams to provide deep dive analysis ie price change impacts, noteworthy assortment changes, ect.
• You are responsible for conducting research on market trends, vetting providers and assessing cost- benefit of new projects. Determine cost savings and incremental value of proposals.
• You will own sourcing and creating new business cases for the digital roadmap and agile pods on behalf of the Global Ecomm team.
• Main POC for Global Ecomm team with GES and MACH:
  • Lead the ideation process with the wider team.
  • Help identify areas of improvement needed / new ideas.
  • Quantify the impact of requests.
  • Prioritize the requests and present to GES and MACH.
  • Actively participate in refinement calls and ensure important information is disseminated to the wider team.
• P&L Reviews. Understand Margin & OI targets monthly, suggest tradeoffs and make actionable recommendations for improvement.

Your Skills

• Ideally 5 years of work experience in similar role as an analyst, finance and/ or eCom Operations
• Strong analytical and financial skills including P&L understanding
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics and SAP a plus
• Strong Excel skills required
• Self-starter who takes ownership of projects and tasks with the ability to work quickly and efficiently with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
• Collaborative and flexible work style
• Evidence of proactively having taken initiatives to improve business efficiency or performance
• Business fluent in English, any other European language is an asset
• A benefit to have understanding of EMEA laws, policies and operations.
