The Outdoor Performance strategic priorities are to be consumer-first focused, lead with power brands, and invest inwards. We will build the Outdoor Performance business by creating focus and power with the consumer. This position will be part of our Direct-to-Consumer team where they will focus on driving growth by enabling an exceptional consumer experience. As the eCommerce Analyst, you will be instrumental in optimizing inventory levels, improving forecast accuracy to drive informed business decisions and streamline inventory management processes for increased efficiency. You will play a crucial role in ensuring we have the right inventory at the right time to meet consumer demands and support our ambitious goals. This position reports to the Director, eCommerce and is based out of Logan, UT. As the eCommerce Analyst, you will have an opportunity to: Generate weekly reports comparing actual sales to forecasted figures. Identify trends and analyze variances to understand correlating factors that support viewed discrepancies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, etc.) to refine forecasting models. Provide input into the annual forecasting process, setting assumptions based on historical data, market trends, and upcoming promotional activities. Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure sufficient inventory levels to fulfill anticipated demand. Proactively identify potential stockouts and surpluses, recommending corrective actions. Effectively communicate complex inventory data and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, visualizations, and presentations. Analyze consumer behavior and demand to determine sales through drivers for various products and brands within our portfolio. Develop strategies to manage closeout inventory effectively, including promotional pricing tactics and cohesive markdown strategies. Develop analytics framework to guide merchandising decisions, ensuring that ongoing improvements can be tracked and validated. Monitor and analyze KPIs, consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to optimize short-term performance (conversion rate, AOV) and to influence longer term strategies (product category and customer segment revenue targets). Integrate GA4 analysis to inform marketing channel mix tactics as they impact sessions and cost per order KPIs. Transform e-commerce data into operational insights. Promote a collaborative and innovative culture within the department and company. You have: Bachelor’s degree 3 years experience in eCommerce or data analytics Experience using Google Analytics or similar eCommerce analysis tools Ability to develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners. Driven to learn with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Analytical and multitasking skills. Pay Range: $51,600.00 - $77,400.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
