Principal Duties & Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of marketing, communications, promotions and lead nurturing programs that meet product business objectives and achieve measurable outcomes. Collaborate with the Communications team and/or outside partners to develop product and corporate communications and marketing materials for a wide variety of channels including digital, video, email, direct mail, print, advertising and industry/customer events. Partner with cross-functional departments to develop new marketing opportunities from concept through launch. Manage & oversee product e-mail marketing campaigns. Track analytics & effectiveness of marketing communications initiatives. Gather and analyze competitor and market research, as necessary. Manage proper use of brand voice and ensure consistency of language, tone and content throughout marketing materials and communications. Provide assistance and support for customer marketing and trade show events. Collaborate with product groups and other departments on a variety of company projects & initiatives. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, advertising, journalism or related field. 2-5 years of experience in a similar field or position. Experience and knowledge within the insurance industry desirable. Knowledge, Skills, & Competencies Experience developing and implementing B2B and B2C marketing strategy and tactics from planning to execution. Experience creating marketing materials and messages across diverse channels that effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or organization to customers and prospects. Demonstrates strong project management, time management and resource management skills. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Demonstrates excellent and professional written and verbal skills. Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong proof reading and editing skills with consistent attention to detail. Able to apply a strategic perspective to continue improving product marketing work product and processes. Must be proficient in Microsoft office programs. Microsoft SharePoint and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience working with social media platforms for marketing campaigns.
