Your Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to evaluate business metrics, provide research and insights for Fulfillment Center (FC) initiatives to drive e-commerce operations business results. This role will accomplish this through the analysis, design and implementation of projects, best practices, and process improvements across the e-commerce network. This role will also support day to day fulfillment operations, including inbound, outbound and transfer processes while working with cross-functional partners to drive results.

What you will do

• Leads cross functionally to effectively deliver projects, best practices, and process improvement initiatives
• Takes ownership and manages timely execution of projects across FCs, from development to implementation
• Provides qualitative and quantitative analytics prior to development and after implementation identifying ROI, current/future state, and cost savings and shares recommendations with Directors and VPs
• Works independently to assess operational performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving actions to achieve desired results
• Provides real-time information and guidance to FCs requiring assistance with day-to-day procedural questions
• Assists in development of process improvement solutions based on FC Operations feedback
• Executes the process of documenting policies, procedures, and processes for new and existing initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Business, Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 Years Experience in data analytics, performance reporting
• 1-2 Years Experience Delivering Proven Business Impact

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 Years Demonstrated project management experience, such as Gantt Chart design and development
• 3-5 Years Years Process design and implementation experience
• 1-2 Years Years Advanced skill in Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI
• 1-2 Years Years Parcel fulfillment operations and Warehouse Management Systems experience
• Advanced skill in DART/MicroStrategy, Excel, & Access, such as pivot tables, power pivot, Vlookup and dynamic charts
• Demonstrated ability to convert Financial or Operational data into actionable business steps (Business Cases) to improve performance in key performance indicators
