We are looking for an experienced Manager, eCommerce Marketing who is passionate about effective digital and buyer journey strategies who wants to be a part of a driven and energetic global marketing team.
The Manager, eCommerce Marketing will oversee and manage the performance of Lumivero’s software products within our e-commerce channel. This includes, but is not limited to, managing a comprehensive eCommerce strategy, improving the eCommerce customer journey and user experience, conducting research on effective approaches, designs, and features, and collaborating with key internal stakeholders to optimize eCommerce operations, while accurately tracking, reporting, and optimizing the effectiveness of the e-commerce strategies implemented.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, digital marketing, and website UX/UI. They must have an analytical mindset and understand the 'why' behind the data, always seeking ways to continuously improve our process. An effective collaborator, this person must be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This role reports to the Senior Director, Marketing Operations and Media. It is full-time, exempt, and remote in the USA.
