Our Marketing Director is a forward-thinking partner, They will demonstrate ownership for the Creating Raving Fans Strategy. Specifically by delivering 2nd-mile service, helping to ensure more people come to see us as an Xtra-Ordinary place.
Key Responsibilities:
• In-store marketing
-Daily: Ensure POP is current, enhance dining room experience with flowers on tables, ensure promo pieces are in good repair, and maintain community board and marquis
-Weekly: Direct sales related Team member contests and secure and deliver prizes
-Store events: manage and communicate store events proactively with flyers and social media platforms, leverage PR opportunities
• Community and school relationships
-Develop these relationships with face-to-face visits, phone and email contact
-Manage spirit night partnerships, ensuring schools actively promote on their own and sign our agreement
-Communicate in a professional and timely manner to grow our brand
-Manage requests for donations (no cash donations) according to donation guidelines
• Catering and Outside Sales
-Ensure proactive communication with operational leaders
-Manage deliveries within Outside Sales guidelines
-Ensure necessary catering supplies are on hand for standard orders at all times
• Attend leadership meetings and work closely with the leadership team to discuss current and future marketing activities
• Work closely with operational leaders, communicating proactively to make sure they are prepared with food, supplies and staffing to deliver great experiences.
• Coordinate scheduling needs with the respective leader handling scheduling
• Leverage our 4 unique assets to develop emotional connections. Ensure the Cows are leveraged consistently and according to CFA standards
• Maintain cow costumes and outfits to protect our investment in them
• Within guidelines provided by the Operator, prepare an annual marketing budget during Q4 of the prior year.

• Reaching established goals with sales( Customer count, check average, and outside sales)
