Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies aligned with company goals, driving revenue growth, accelerating profitability and market expansion.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture that displays and enforces our core values, core focus and leadership principles. Promote innovation and excellence throughout the department.
3. Website Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of our ecommerce platform (websites), ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
4. Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and afiliate programs, to drive traffic and conversions.
5. Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop strategies to attract and acquire new customers while maximizing retention through personalized experiences, loyalty programs, and customer relationship management initiatives.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track ecommerce metrics, and identify areas for improvement, adjusting strategies accordingly. Report on CPC and CAC appropriately.
7. Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support ecommerce initiatives and drive business objectives as needed.
8. Ecommerce Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and optimize processes.
9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including IT, sales, operations, finance, and merchandising, to ensure alignment and integration of ecommerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in ecommerce leadership roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth and delivering results.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce technologies, platforms, and best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in ecommerce analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
