Being an eCommerce Marketing Director identifies opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue using data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, eCommerce Marketing Director prioritizes and plans technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The eCommerce Marketing Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     Job Description –

    Jack Henry, a leading men's wellness brand, is seeking a Head of Ecommerce to lead our online sales strategy and grow our business across all channels. As Director of Ecommerce, you will oversee the day-to-day of e-commerce and digital marketing channels with a focus on maximizing customer lifetime value. The individual should be passionate about new customer acquisition, customer retention/reactivation, and mapping out customer journeys. This role will also work with the Marketing team to develop campaign concepts and optimize creative campaigns across off-site digital touch points.

    Responsibilities –

    • Immerse yourself into the brand ethos, mission, and purpose to constantly lift and elevate the jack henry brand.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and objectives.
    • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective management of ecommerce operations.
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive traffic, increase conversions, and improve customer retention.
    • Manage and optimize jackhenry.co website, ensuring a seamless customer experience and high conversion rates.
    • Work with the product team to ensure the ecommerce platform is optimized for new product launches and promotions.
    • Build and manage relationships with key partners, such as agencies and freelancers
    • Provide insights and analytics on ecommerce performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
    • Manage Amazon agency to continue driving growth and profitability

    Requirements –

    • No degree is needed.
    • 3-5 years of proven experience in ecommerce management, with a track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in ecommerce analytics and optimization tools.
    • Expertise in ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify, Klayvio, SMS, Meta, Google, etc.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
    • Experience communicating brand voice and ethos
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Experience in beauty, wellness, and/or subscription businesses
    • A pulse and passion for the industry and what's next – always being ahead of the trends.
