We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Director to join our growing team and lead our marketing efforts to the next level.

Responsibility: Includes, but not limited to-

• Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of marketing, including branding, content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, and public relations.
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing clear direction, motivation, and performance feedback.
• Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies and identify opportunities to leverage them for the company's benefit.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI is achieved for all marketing initiatives.
• Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with other departments, such as product, sales, and merchandising, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and support overall business goals.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably with fashion, beauty or accessories industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in driving growth and achieving marketing objectives in an ecommerce environment.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, the target audience, and the competitive landscape.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
• Proven success in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong content marketing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
