eCommerce Marketing Director develops policies and plans to execute the overall vision, strategy, and capacity needed to support organizational long-term and short-term e-commerce sales growth goals. Evaluates and recommends e-commerce investments & initiatives and leads the development of business cases and marketing plans. Being an eCommerce Marketing Director identifies opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue using data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, eCommerce Marketing Director prioritizes and plans technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The eCommerce Marketing Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. The impact you'll make:
The Director, eCommerce is responsible for leading a team that delivers an innovative and engaging customer experience, expands desktop and mobile capabilities, establishes, and manages the end-to-end digital product roadmap, drives sales initiatives through merchandising, personalization, campaign support onsite, and leads day to day ecommerce operations. The ideal candidate will enjoy leading within an entrepreneurial environment, being equally comfortable building the P&L, driving strategy as well as being in the details of the business.
The eCommerce Dept. works cross-functionally to drive the growth of sales, website traffic, conversion and to enhance consumer experiences to foster acquisition, loyalty and retention.

The typical compensation range for this position is from $140,000 – $165,000 annually, with a bonus as part of the overall package.
