eCommerce Marketing Director jobs in Seattle, WA

Position Overview:

This is a complex, fast-paced and rewarding position. You will be working with an industry-leading, full-service agency with an exclusive focus on eCommerce. This role requires rockstar communication, multi-tasking, project management, and relationship management skills. You must consider yourself nimble and pride yourself in managing multiple tasks in a complex and ever-changing environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent client satisfaction through management of day-to-day client relationships, client communication and project schedules
• Proactively and autonomously develop and execute growth-focused joint business plans with client regarding over-arching content, pricing, and inventory strategy
• Possess a clear understanding and command of client metrics related to growth, sales, inventory, content, marketing, and ROI
• Coach and educate clients on key business drivers and inputs
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups on execution
• Identify and recommend internal process improvements

Qualifications:

• 2 years AMAZON EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Do not apply if you do not have Amazon experience, you will not hear back. You should be completely comfortable with phrases like FBA, Vendor and Seller Central, lightning deals, A Content, etc. com experience desired, but not required
• 1 years as primary contact for clients. Agency experience is preferred
• Strong multi-tasking skills: ability to prioritize competing deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience using data to drive decisions; comfort with Microsoft Excel/spreadsheets and conducting analysis
• A curious attitude and the ability to self-motivate and learn
• Willingness to roll up sleeves; a “can-do” attitude
• Possess a blend of analytical and creative ability; experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
