As we continue to expand our eCommerce operations, we are seeking a strategic and experienced eCommerce Director to lead our team and drive growth. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced eCommerce Director to lead our eCommerce initiatives and drive growth in online sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce operations, with expertise in managing online marketplaces, digital advertising, and brand management.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all eCommerce initiatives.
• Collaborate with brand managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand unique brand requirements and goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize online sales, customer experience, and conversion rates.
• Utilize financial acumen to analyze eCommerce performance metrics, assess ROI, and contribute to the development of financial models to drive business decisions.
• Evaluate the technology stack used for eCommerce operations, making recommendations for enhancements or new implementations as needed.
• Provide practical insights and guidance to each brand within our portfolio based on previous experience running an eCommerce brand.
• Understand brand health and analytics on a day-to-day basis.
• Lead successful launches of new items and or brands posting a strong ROI and Sales velocity of new items.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of eCommerce fundamentals, including online merchandising, user experience, and digital marketing.
• 3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, marketplace management (Amazon, eBay, and Walmart), and digital advertising.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales and ROI through online marketplaces and digital advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

This position has a large base salary and a performance bonus based on sale numbers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
