The Opportunity: You will work under our CEO to manage our efforts to grow our brand in the industry. Our customers include many of the biggest brands in beauty, cosmetics, and food/beverage. You’ll get an up-close and personal view into how high-profile brands work and plenty of mentorship to maximize your success. Expect to learn a ton about B2B sales, the cosmetics industry, packaging, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Organize customer meetings in our NYC Showroom and company participation in tradeshows
• Oversee the creation of new product samples, manage our collection of existing product samples, and send samples out to customers as needed
• Manage marketing and PR efforts, including e-mail, social media, and press releases
• Create and update marketing collateral, including presentation decks and sample photography
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries; assist with sales outreach
• Manage special projects as needed

Must-haves in a Candidate:

• Track record of excellent communication, organization, and decision-making
• Humility. A willingness to learn and grow
• Smarts and Grit. Willingness to learn and do the little things right
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, and Excel

Nice to Haves In a Candidate:

• Passion for the beauty industry, cosmetics, or packaging
• Experience in sales or other customer-facing roles
• Good eye for visual presentation and merchandising

Logistics/Details:

• This is a full-time, in-office job in Danbury, CT (Zip Code: 06810).
• You must be able to attend customer meetings in our midtown NYC showroom (a few times per month) and tradeshows outside the NYC area (a few times per year).
• We’re hands on with our product - You must be able to carry boxes of product samples (up to 30 lbs.) and help with basic display setup.
