Being an eCommerce Marketing Manager utilizes messaging, best sellers, promotions, discounts, user reviews, and email campaigns to attract and retain customers. Deploys SEO tools and methods to ensure e-commerce website is optimized for searching and performance responsiveness as well as delivering visual appeal and compelling content. Additionally, eCommerce Marketing Manager tracks and measures program effectiveness to drive improvement or develop new offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director.
