Telemarketing: The CSR & Marketing Manager will learn to make 30 or more outbound calls a day using the Lead Manager CRM system with the goal of generating leads for home and auto insurance sales. He/She will learn to use the information provided to him/her to prefill information needed to obtain a quote in AdvisorPro. He/She will learn to save the quote and then transfer the call to the agent on duty.
Social Media Marketing: The CSR & Marketing Manager will learn how to create and manage social media pages while following Allstate guidelines.
Account Management & Customer Service:
Payments: The CSR & Marketing Manager will learn the skill of account management by assisting our existing clients. This will include taking payments over the phone and in person, setting up or changing automatic payment methods using Billing Utilities in the Integrated Payment System.
