eCommerce Marketing Manager manages the implementation and development of marketing plans to fulfill the e-commerce vision and strategy for achieving corporate sales and conversion goals. Coordinates digital marketing efforts geared to grow business, increase customer engagement, promote products, and optimize the online experience. Being an eCommerce Marketing Manager utilizes messaging, best sellers, promotions, discounts, user reviews, and email campaigns to attract and retain customers. Deploys SEO tools and methods to ensure e-commerce website is optimized for searching and performance responsiveness as well as delivering visual appeal and compelling content. Additionally, eCommerce Marketing Manager tracks and measures program effectiveness to drive improvement or develop new offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage new item set-up procedure on eCommerce partner sites (Amazon Vendor Central, Home Depot Supplier Hub, Lowes) leveraging software automation to ensure speed to market and coordinated on-time delivery based on product launch dates
· Execute product launches that drive engagement and support retail including publication of above the fold content, A /Enhanced content, backend SEO & navigation optimization
· Leverage eCommerce tools to identify areas of success and opportunity to take action and present findings to key stakeholders in weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
· Provide content optimization expertise, recommendations and insights based on emerging trends and e-retailer specific site capabilities to Marketing, Sales, and Digital Creative teams to improve conversion rates and the overall digital consumer experience
· Ensure brand consistency & compliance across all major eCommerce partner sites (Amazon, HD.com, Lowes.com, Build.com, Menards.com)
· Track and report organic share of search and other KPIs to increase traffic via improved SEO keyword and on-site navigation for multiple CPG brands and product categories
· Build and maintain systems and protocols that ensure all content is optimized
· Assist in creating and maintaining detailed analytics reporting dashboards
Education and Experience Profile
· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent
· 2-4 years' experience in Marketing, eCommerce, or equivalent field
Required Skills
· Working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central; preferably other Home Improvement online retailer portals such as Home Depot Supplier Hub, Lowes, Menards PIM
· Working knowledge of the latest SEO/navigation techniques and how to research them
· Working knowledge of Content Syndication Platforms and Attribute Mapping
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Able to work with database exports and use Excel to clean up reports and present findings in an understandable format
· Experience with detail-driven projects; preferably in a marketing department
· Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
· Good with Windows PC file management
· Stackline, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge, Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI experience is a plus

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Hybrid role! Tues/Wed/Thurs in office.

Pay Range: $65,811-$96,523.
