Junior E-commerce Web Developer

Zero Gravity Marketing is currently seeking an ambitious junior e-commerce web developer eager to kickstart their career in an agency environment. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree acquired within the past few years and possesses proficiency in Shopify, WordPress, and WooCommerce platforms.

Joining our marketing agency's development team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional web experiences for our diverse clientele. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment, enjoys independent problem-solving, and exhibits critical thinking skills to assess whether clients require pre-built or custom solutions tailored to their needs.

Clean, maintainable, and well-documented code is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop e-commerce websites using Shopify and WooCommerce platforms, utilizing both pre-built themes/modules and custom-developed solutions

• Collaborate with team members to address ongoing development needs and ensure client satisfaction

• Demonstrate proficiency in web-based UIs for CMS and e-commerce management

• Familiarity with page builders such as Beaver Builder, Divi, Elementor, WebFlow, DUDA, and Gutenberg

• Exhibit expertise in GIT, Liquid, Twig, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MEAN, MERN, LAMP stacks, and other industry technologies

• Implement and optimize Google Analytics tracking, Facebook and AdWord conversion pixel tracking, enhanced eCommerce tracking, and Google Tag Manager

• Handle technical SEO tasks, including troubleshooting analytics issues, site speed optimization, structured data implementation, etc

• Preferred but not required experience in Webflow, SalesForce, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Klaviyo

• Understand and apply SEO best practices for e-commerce, including schema markup, meta tags optimization, and URL structure optimization
