American Waterworks, a regional leader in the foundation repair industry, is looking for a highly motivated individual to serve as our Marketing Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing the strategy and execution of all paid media tactics to generate new leads. The Manager collaborates with the marketing team to develop campaigns and strategies to meet qualified lead targets. Also, the Manager manages and monitors all lead nurture campaigns and works with Customer Care to improve lead conversion. Additionally, we expect employees to show enterprise commitment and be willing to do duties outside of their normal job responsibilities.

What You Would Do
· Formulates and implements strategies and campaigns with the goal of meeting qualified lead targets for each business unit within the budgeted cost for such leads.
· Develops annual integrated marketing plans to achieve agreed upon goals and analyzes success and impact at regular intervals. Adjusts as necessary to accommodate business needs.
· Ensures all marketing material, both internal and external, is on brand and represents the company well as well as fits within the current strategy.
· Oversees the Marketing Department and third-party vendors in all of the company's branding and marketing efforts keeping a cohesive effort to execute on the short and long term vision.
· Negotiate with vendors for marketing campaigns
· Develop and execute all marketing campaigns
· Interface with community and civic organizations to promote the company
Requirements

· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred
· 2 years of experience in marketing field
· Experience in graphic design a plus
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Understanding of SEO and web analytic tools
