What We Need:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager - eCommerce to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings - Operations team.

What You Will Do:

As a Supply Chain Manager of the eCommerce Quick Delivery, you will lead the daily effort in order management and shipment execution while supporting sales initiatives and new eCommerce programs. You will lead a team of 4 with a dotted line to others.

What You Have:

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing distribution environment that sells to both retailers and distributors is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business or other related field
• 3 or more years preferred in Supply Chain Management
• Experience in order management, customer experience, and warehouse operations
• Experience in eCommerce order fulfillment
• Oracle (or similar ERP) experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience working with eCommerce distributors such as Amazon or Wayfair is a plus.
