Additionally, eCommerce Marketing Manager tracks and measures program effectiveness to drive improvement or develop new offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The eCommerce Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.     Summary

    Directs warehousing activities for the organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors at our warehouse in Escondido.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Establishes operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
    • Inspects the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment.
    • Prepares work orders for repairs and requisitions for the replacement of equipment.
    • Confers with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with activities of other functions such as production, sales, records control, and purchasing.
    • Directs salvage of damaged or used material.
    • Participates in planning personnel safety and plant protection activities.
    • Perform warehouse duties and responsibilities as needed.
    Supervisory Responsibilities

    Directly supervises 4 to 10 employees in the Warehouse. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
