Coordinates digital marketing efforts geared to grow business, increase customer engagement, promote products, and optimize the online experience. Being an eCommerce Marketing Manager utilizes messaging, best sellers, promotions, discounts, user reviews, and email campaigns to attract and retain customers. Deploys SEO tools and methods to ensure e-commerce website is optimized for searching and performance responsiveness as well as delivering visual appeal and compelling content. Additionally, eCommerce Marketing Manager tracks and measures program effectiveness to drive improvement or develop new offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Job Description
This position supports the director and department members in successfully completing ecommerce, marketing, product management and marketplace responsibilities. This position completes a variety of tasks as needed by the teams. This position reports to the Ecommerce and Marketing Director.
Primary Responsibilities
· Assist with product updates. Optimize product page information.
· Write and edit product descriptions and other website content.
· Assist with sales promotions.
· Distribute mail for the teams.
· Assist with email marketing and automation.
· Update internet listings.
· Respond to customer reviews.
· Distribute press releases and track press placements.
· Manage the company’s scholarship process and communication.
· Assist with the application process for company and showroom awards, such as the Inc. 5000 and Gulf Coast 500, as needed.
· Write and edit content as assigned.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Team player with confidence to work independently.
· Ability to manage multiple projects.
· Strong verbal and written communications skills.
· Well-versed in editing, grammar, and proofreading techniques.
· Maintains a professional image representative of the company’s brand.
· Computer literate with ability to quickly learn different technology.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Physical Environment
Work will be performed in an office environment. Candidates should be comfortable sitting for an extended period of time while working at a computer.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for the Customer Care role is between $19.63 - $21.24 per hour depending on education and prior experience.
DutchCrafters’ benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance that begin on the first of the month after your first day of employment. We also offer a company 401(k) plan, 16 PTO days after 90 days of employment, and a generous employee discount.
Hours
This position is fulltime with normal office hours Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
