Being an eCommerce Marketing Manager utilizes messaging, best sellers, promotions, discounts, user reviews, and email campaigns to attract and retain customers. Deploys SEO tools and methods to ensure e-commerce website is optimized for searching and performance responsiveness as well as delivering visual appeal and compelling content. Additionally, eCommerce Marketing Manager tracks and measures program effectiveness to drive improvement or develop new offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The eCommerce Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an eCommerce Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Open skids, crates and other containers. Wear the proper safety equipment. Prepares reports as needed Provides advisory support and assistance to the department manager as needed. Responsible for meeting team targets and key performance indicators Follow all safety guidelines and operate in a safe manner Physical presence on the job is essential and necessary including weekends and holidays if deemed Travel required up to 75% of the time Other duties as assigned by management Team: This role will be a part of Field Service Team Basic Qualifications: Technical and mechanical knowledge & aptitude Proven Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical component skills/knowledge Troubleshooting experience required Manual dexterity Ability to read and follow instructions in manuals Must be able to operate a forklift, manlift, pallet jack Machining and welding skills Ability to read mechanical blueprint and electrical schematics.
