Summary
The marketing manager is responsible for the conduct of all promotional activities for this small agritourism retail business. On location work is required. While supervising a small marketing team, the manager develops new business and promotes it to current customers. Must have at least 3 years of significant and practical experience with MS Office products and Adobe graphics programs. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, to include experience in digital marketing. Candidate must also have 2 years of supervisory experience. At least 2 years of general retail or hospitality experience is a plus. This is a full-time, year-round position with some weekend work required. Occasional off-site work may be required when necessary. This is not a remote position. Applicants must live within reasonable commuting distance or be moving to the area.
