    Analytics is a critical part of TCK’s multi-channel growth strategy. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for compiling reports, forecasting product demand, and identifying key sales trends to better drive service to our customers. This position requires comprehension of analytics, data management, sales, and internet marketing.

    This position will work closely with senior leadership and interact with all functional areas of the TCK business. A mentality that is eager to learn and work hard to help drive efficient, data-driven results will be a great addition to our winning team.

    Responsibilities:

    Analytics, Reporting, and Inventory:

    • Analyze product trends and the growth of product families and/or seasonality of product
    • Analyze competitive landscapes on Amazon and other websites to aid in competitive strategy
    • Analyze weekly/monthly ad spend
    • Create weekly/monthly sales reports out of Amazon and other websites to distribute to the team
    • Compare sales vs forecast on a weekly/monthly basis for all items to identify over/under performing products
    • Update forecasts for product families in reaction/anticipation of sales initiatives and/or changing sales trends
    • Monitor inventory levels at TCK’s North Carolina DC, TCK’s Colorado DC, and Amazon fulfillment centers

    - Identify priority needs

    - Create new Amazon inventory shipment plans

    - Create intercompany warehouse transfer plans

    Retail Account:

    • Review and Identify retail account POS trends to help better understand the TCK Brand performance
    • Monitor retail account inventory levels
    • Retail account sales and inventory reporting
    • Help prepare sales presentations for new and current customers

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Required - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience – Preference in: MIS, Business Analytics, Business Related Fields
    • Required - Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
    • Required - Exposure to SQL or other database programming languages
    • Preferred - 1-2 years of E-Commerce experience
    • Knowledge of sports industry: competitive environment, industry trends & structure, retail operations, and financial structure of products
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to prioritize and adapt to tasks required
    • Ability and commitment to translating data into strategy
    • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
