The focus of our Inside Sales (eCommerce) Team is:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing information on UnityLab products.
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
• Collaborating with sales team members and product specialists to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
• Accurately maintaining customer and sales records in our CRM system.
