RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the sales performance of the e-commerce platform (https://hishop.hiossen.com/)
• Analyze past performance of collections, categories and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI
• Access potential partnership prospects
• Define and revise order fulfilment policies and procedures
• Generate ideas and strategies based upon data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Manage and review e-commerce operations and processes.
• Manage customer retention and loyalty programs.
• Manage sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns, and programs over digital platforms.
• Manage the procurement and implementation of new technologies.
• Measure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction performance.
• Monitor and review data mining and analytics tools.
• Ensure good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
• Work closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Provide analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offering code performance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing preferred
• Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments, and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
• Proficient in HTML and CSS / Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of web design
