eCommerce Sales Manager manages and directs an e-commerce sales force to achieve sales and profit goals. Designs and recommends online sales programs and sets short and long-term online sales strategies. Being an eCommerce Sales Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The eCommerce Sales Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be an eCommerce Sales Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Job Duties:
Monitor and maintain parts inventory levels per company policy
Order parts for trucks scheduled to come in
Order all needed parts for trucks in the shop
Create purchase orders for parts orders for each job so that they can easily be matched up with the repair order
When parts arrive from vendors, check them against the orders to ensure everything was received.
