This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing 

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content analytics roadmap utilizing aggregated media and website data 
• Work closely with the marketing team on eCommerce marketing and support them with data driven insights to enable the better management of our web products
• Develop in-depth knowledge of customer and brand priorities, strategies, and tactics and the buying dynamics and motivations of our clients
• Proactively uncover, review, and analyze existing consumer and shopper research to identify and apply learnings to unmet business challenges 
• Ability to synthesize diverse internal and external data sets into actionable insights that drive business decisions
• Stay abreast of retail industry trends, competitive eCom luxury trends, and broader consumer trends that can impact category dynamics and performance 
• Play leadership role as an eCommerce expert supporting business reviews, analyzing business issues, and providing business insights and recommendations to improve business results If applicable
• Ability to navigate various IT systems for acquiring data required for analysis 
• Establishes partnerships with key internal support functions and stakeholders 
• Work alongside external consultants on an ongoing basis 

 Candidate Attributes 

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is required, along with 3-5 years working experience in data analytics and /or insights
• eCommerce/Omnichannel and/or Marketing experience is a strong plus 
• Previous experience within Customer/Retailer/Brand teams, contributing to meeting volume targets
• Experience with leveraging insights with a focus on the client and brand’s strategic priorities in a sales or marketing role
• Strong quantitative analysis (syndicated data knowledge) and custom research experience
• Solid organization, project management, time management, and planning skills, with the ability prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
