```Duties```
We are looking for an Amazon Account Specialist with a deep knowledge of selling on Amazon. Are you passionate about e-commerce and online sales? Do you have a knack for optimizing product listings and driving sales on Amazon? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Amazon Sales Specialist.

Responsibilities:
Amazon Store Management: Manage our Amazon seller account and ensure it is up to date and compliant with Amazon's guidelines.

Product Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings for maximum profitability and sales on Amazon.

Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to improve product discoverability through SEO and PPC campaigns.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness.

Promotions and Advertising: Create and manage Amazon PPC campaigns and promotions to increase sales and brand visibility.

Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly, providing excellent customer service.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and Amazon policies.

As an Amazon Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our e-commerce operations by managing various facets of our Amazon marketplace and Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) processes. Your responsibilities will include forecasting, replenishing, and preparing products for FBA, alongside creating, enhancing, and optimizing product listings not only on Amazon but also across other relevant marketplaces. You'll be tasked with crafting enticing promotions and advertising campaigns, conducting thorough sales channel research, and analyzing product performance data. Additionally, you'll maintain and fine-tune product pricing and marketing strategies, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. Your role extends to meticulous detail page maintenance and optimization to enhance keyword ranking and exposure. Monitoring and reporting on Amazon's sales performance and analytics will be crucial, and you'll provide recommendations and take proactive steps to enhance overall marketplace health and performance.

```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive product descriptions
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track website performance
- Experience with content creation using Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
- Knowledge of social media management and advertising platforms
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their functionalities
- Understanding of SEO principles to optimize product listings for search engines
