We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Ecommerce Sales Manager. As the E-commerce Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the online sales strategy for the HGNA brands. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue, expand the customer base, and enhance the overall online shopping experience. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in e-commerce, sales management, and a keen understanding of market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Strategy Development:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
· Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
2. Sales Management:
· Lead and manage the e-commerce sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
· Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and track performance metrics to measure success.
3. Customer Experience Optimization:
· Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the online shopping experience and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in e-commerce sales management with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably within a manufacturing company.
