We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Temporary Ecommerce Sales Associate to join our team for the summer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling electric distribution products through the eBay platform. This position requires a combination of strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to online sales.What You Will Do- Create compelling and accurate product listings on eBay, including detailed product descriptions, specifications, and high-quality images
- Regularly update product listings to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Efficiently process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely shipping and delivery.
- Collaborate with the shipping department to manage inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.
- Adjust pricing strategies and promotions to remain competitive in the market.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales.
- Create promotions, discounts, and special offers to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics on eBay.
- Provide regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with eBay's policies and guidelines.
- Stay informed about any changes or updates to eBay's platform rules.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and shipping, to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
What You Will Need- Previous experience with eBay selling or online sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of electric distribution products is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with eBay's platform and policies.
