    Key Responsibilities:

    • eCommerce Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies in all aspects of online commerce enhance online sales, but with a key focus on PPC, SEO, UX, and A/B testing.
    • Web Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to understand customer behavior, optimize website performance, and increase conversion rates. This role will be responsible for regular reporting on and optimizing web performance for the executive team. A strong grasp of retail ecommerce metrics is critical.
    • PPC and SEO Management: Hands-on/day-to-day management and optimization of pay-per-click campaigns and SEO initiatives to drive customer acquisition and conversion.
    • A/B Testing & User Experience (UX): Evaluate and improve the user experience on our website, ensuring alignment with our brand standards. Conduct A/B testing to optimize site performance with a strong focus on user progression and making the most of our paid media through excellent landing page design.
    • Vendor & Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operation teams to ensure a cohesive approach to online sales. Further, this role will be responsible for the management of some key vendor partners the company works with for web development and creative services.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in ecommerce management, including PPC, SEO, UX, A/B testing, and web analytics. Experience in Adwords, Search Console, and other web management tools is important.
    • Shopify experience is a big plus.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, both in the enablement and interpretation of data.
    • Excellent communication and team management skills.
    • Passion for golf and understanding of the golfing industry is a plus but not required.
