Portland Leather is currently seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Sales Coordinator to help our creative team execute a range of new promotions with our quickly expanding company.

We are looking for an Ecommerce Sales Coordinator who is passionate about digital customer experiences, SEO, and VERY detailed in their work. You will work directly with our creative team and marketing team to help with website product updates, website marketing integration, product management, testing, reporting, inventory and boldly help us push our well-loved products out into the marketplace. We’re looking for a hard-working, self-motivated individual with an eye for detail who can make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

The ideal candidate

• MOST IMPORTANT is an unwavering attention to detail as you will be responsible for daily web upkeep
• An eye for beauty, flow and brand consistency
• Experience managing an e-commerce storefront or similar website
• Understand Shopify Themes and Back-end
• Passion for marketing with an understanding of big picture marketing initiatives
• An upbeat can-do attitude, eye for detail, and flexibility
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done no matter the task
• Collaborative spirit and the ability to work well with other team members
• Openness to constructive feedback and a desire to constantly improve
• 2 years minimum experience in similar position
• Basic knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop 

Responsibilities

• Daily update of website images, banners, and products
• Update product with current prices and SKUs
• Test and review every campaign and piece of content before it goes live on site or to press
• Interface with inventory manager to ensure website inventory is accurate
• Responsible for Inventory and Sales reporting
• Help brainstorm website flow and improvements
• Manage website maintenance, testing, coordination, scheduling and implementation
• Collaborate with development, social media managers, and our interactive producers to execute designs and selection of images that reflect and evolve the client campaign or project
• Work with team to ensure optimal SEO, funneling and conversion rates
• A/B test marketing and creative strategies on site
• Brainstorm new, creative growth strategies
