Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels and driving revenue growth. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, account management, and technical sales.

Duties:
- Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including website, marketplace accounts, and social media channels
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
- Create and manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective digital marketing campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints

Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Proven experience in account management, technical sales, or e-commerce
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities and negotiate partnerships
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
