eCommerce Strategy Director jobs in Kingsport, TN

The Dickenson County Public Service Authority (“PSA”) is seeking to hire a Director who will oversee the operations of the PSA, which includes the PSA’s water and wastewater systems. This position requires thorough knowledge of water/wastewater engineering and construction procedures; equipment used in the repair, maintenance, and construction of public works projects; the ability to comprehend plans, specifications, and detailed reports; supervisory experience; grant experience; and the ability to supervise staff.

Applicant must have at least a degree from an accredited two-year community college, with a four-year degree being preferred. Applicant shall also have a minimum of three (3) years job-related experience. This is a full-time position that includes benefits such as health, VRS retirement, vacation, sick leave, and much more. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $100,000.00 and commensurate with education and experience. A job description is available upon request.
