Position Purpose:
Primary focus is to grow sales and profitability through increased account penetration, reduced account churn, and conversion of Exclusive Brands (EB). Responsible for executing sales and marketing initiatives necessary to successfully market products to customers. Directs all marketing and category management initiatives. Collaborates with sales and procurement leadership to identify sales opportunities as well as maintain established inventory and service levels. Maximize customer touchpoints to ensure contacts are fully optimized throughout the entire customer journey. Tracks key metrics associated with the sales processes, growth initiatives and maintain focus on all Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). Reports to the President of the Operating Company.
Primary Responsibilities:-
Execute a strategic marketing plan and allocate sales support for the highest growth opportunities and account penetration.

Lead category management and marketing.
- Manage sales specialist and customer support teams.
- Optimize product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to command the highest long-term market share.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

Engage in sales forecasting and establish targets accordingly.
Represent company at industry events and activities to build brand awareness that results in increased profits.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
4-6 years foodservice industry sales or related with supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
6-10 years foodservice industry sales with proven management experience.
