eCommerce Strategy Director implements the policies and plans to execute the overall vision, strategy, and capacity needed to support organizational long-term and short-term e-commerce sales growth goals. Provides support for evaluating e-commerce investments & initiatives and facilitates the development of business cases and marketing plans. Being an eCommerce Strategy Director compiles data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points used to analyze opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, eCommerce Strategy Director plans and implements technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The eCommerce Strategy Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an eCommerce Strategy Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Shift: 2nd - 3pm-11pm
PAY - $25-$40 HR.
Responsibilities:
· Communicate effectively with production department employees to understand their issues related to the manufacturing equipment.
· Work with Maintenance and operations for preventive maintenance
· Resolve complex issues with manufacturing equipment to include but not limited to Siemens Step 7 PLC, Allen Bradly Studio 5000 and older, Servo drives, AC and DC frequency Drives, Safety circuit , and all other controls systems
· Work with Engineering to help design and implement control system to maximize machine productivity and product quality.
· Call in after normal hours to assist shift maintenance to resolve complex issues if needed.
· Analyze breakdowns to understand how to prevent reoccurrence.
· Observe the operation of all equipment for issues that might cause breakdown or loss of efficiency
Qualifications and Experience:
· Minimum of an associate degree in related field
· (Bachelor’s degree preferred) or actively working toward a bachelor’s degree, and or 2 year technical school degree related to manufacturing controls
· Minimum of 3 years of experience with PLC controls, Siemens preferred (including Schooling)
· Minimum of 3 years of experience with servo drives and process controls (including Schooling)
· Basic computer skills to be able to use programs for work related processes such as Microsoft office, studio 5000, Step 7,sevo controls and Auto Cad
