eCommerce Strategy Director implements the policies and plans to execute the overall vision, strategy, and capacity needed to support organizational long-term and short-term e-commerce sales growth goals. Provides support for evaluating e-commerce investments & initiatives and facilitates the development of business cases and marketing plans. Being an eCommerce Strategy Director compiles data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points used to analyze opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, eCommerce Strategy Director plans and implements technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The eCommerce Strategy Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an eCommerce Strategy Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     About the Role

    As an eCommerce Associate, your primary responsibility will be to manage and curate product listings for our online retail platforms. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and compelling product representations, contributing to a positive customer experience. Responding to customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, and resolving issues promptly are integral aspects of this role. Though you will report into the Merchandise Planning department, collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Finance, is expected to optimize the efficiency and performance of our online storefront. In this dynamic environment, your dedication to fostering seamless transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction will be key to our online business success.


    Key responsibilities include:

    • Manage and update product listings on our eCommerce platforms
    • Monitor and analyze online sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
    • Coordinate with the Merchandise Planning team on pricing, promotions, and inventory and maintain this information on the eCommerce platforms
    • Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to ensure a positive shopping experience
    • Collaborate with Customer Success team to ensure timely order processing
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to make informed recommendations
    • Assist in developing strategies to enhance the overall online shopping experience

    90-day success expectations include:

    • Proficiency in using our listings database and eCommerce platforms including creating a listing, editing a listing, uploading pricing and inventory data, extracting order information, uploading tracking information, managing platform requirements, and responding to customer inquiries
    • Fluent understanding of our price and inventory reporting and how to upload into the eCommerce platforms

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Experience with content management systems and product data entry
    • Understanding of SEO and online advertising
    • Proven experience in e-commerce operations and online sales
    • Strong knowledge of various e-commerce platforms and tools
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
    • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
    • Familiarity with digital marketing and promotional strategies
