What does the Director Insights, Strategy, and Execution do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As Director of Insights, Strategy, and Execution you will be responsible for connecting talented analytics, product, and data science teams with clients and business leaders across our organization, and facilitating the processes that size, prioritize, and cleanly implement their work. This role is focused on planning and understanding the business value of data, is a liaison to clients and executives across all our business lines, and will advise Swire's most important enterprise projects and strategies in collaboration with our enterprise PMO.

Responsibilities:

• Owns and defines our frameworks for measuring the value of data and analytics at Swire - including telling the story of that value.
• Identifies high-impact strategic efforts and opportunities, helps with early structuring of these use cases.
• Facilitates programs for stakeholders (from senior leaders to power users) to engage with data, to be executed by delivery teams.
• Coaches and develops others; provides timely and clear direction. Gives and seeks open, authentic feedback.
• Deep understanding of how data can be used to drive value -influences and advises leaders and project teams on strategic use of data.
• Maintains effective relationships with the key stakeholders and participants. Understands the dynamics of the processes and interests of the involved parties to reach effective agreements and resolutions.
• Utilizes key performance metrics (e.g., revenue and margin growth, consumer loyalty improvements and process and execution efficiencies) to evaluate effective implementation of the capability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a business or quantitative (economics, science, technology, etc) required.
• Masters in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
• 8 years' experience in a project-focused, structured, business consulting, product management, operations, business development, budgeting required.
• 8 years leading cross-functional teams and project management required.
• 6 years translating, advocating, and storytelling to Executive/C-Suite interpreting and leveraging data to drive business decisions required.
• Experience identifying new issues, trends, and opportunities from data.
• Up to 25% travel with overnight stays.
