Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce NEW POSITION!

A-OX Welding Supply, Inc. in Sioux Falls has a brand new career opportunity for Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce! Our new Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce role will be responsible for strategizing, planning, creating, scheduling and deploying content across all digital communications channels, including web, mobile, e-mail and social media for our company. A strong focus on strategy, planning and the maintenance of our digital marketing & eCommerce to achieve B2B service to succeed our business goals. A full-time position, exempt with day shift of 8:00am-5:00pm with flexibility as we have a work/life/family balance!

Primary Responsibilities!

• Digital Marketing
  • Manage email marketing including the planning, creating, scheduling and deploying of emails, as well as support list building and segmentation.
  • Leverages social media to extend and support marketing goals and initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver high impact digital marketing & brand strategy timely and within budget.
  • Remain current with digital media tools, technologies, trends and best practices.
  • Update all digital marketing & eCommerce accounts.
  • Create and manage digital marketing & eCommerce budget.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with outside suppliers/vendors and partners to contribute to the operation of business.
  • Analyzes, measures and reports on effectiveness of digital media platforms and campaigns.
  • Write content on digital marketing platforms such as web, email and social media channels.
  • Utilize graphics to develop high impact visuals to drive business results.
• eCommerce
  • Collaborate with business partners/vendors to manage all aspects of eCommerce including website strategy and online marketing.
  • Content management including: SEO for better online visibility, website improvements, product enhancement, searchability, product categorization and product management (adding new skus, removing old skus for online catalog)
  • Strategy to stay current & competitive with industry best practices and trends in eCommerce.
  • Lead and motivate eCommerce decisions and provide guidance on day-to-day business.
  • Optimize website and eCommerce for top conversion rates, repeat business and increase purchases.
  • Influence the fulfilment of orders and returns of eCommerce business, in partnership with the Warehouse/Distribution Department. Assist with decisions on delivery options and service levels.
  • Frame and map out opportunities based on history, results & trends to maximize sales.

Qualifications & Requirements!

• BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business or related degree, plus 2-3 years experience preferred
• Effective computer skills Microsoft Office- Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher, Photoshop, website and social media experience required.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers in-person and on the phone.
• Deal professionally with customers, vendors and staff at all times.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
